Sibelius Society
The Sibelius Society of Finland was founded in December 1957 as forum to support efforts to keep the musical heritage of Sibelius alive, to make his music more easily available to all who wanted to perform it, and to promote research about Sibelius and his music.
Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki
The internationally renowned Sibelius Academy has trained thousands of artists and music experts since 1882.
Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki is one of the largest music academies in Europe and has been ranked 9th in Performing Arts in the QS World University Rankings 2021. The academy provides the highest level of music education in Finland, and is an international community of about 1,400 students and 500 teachers.
Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki offers a comprehensive range of music education, covering classical music, jazz, folk music, global music, and church music. In addition, it provides specialized programs in music technology, music education, music research, composition, music theory, arts management, and entrepreneurship.
