After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the New England Conservatory under the tutelage of Paul Biss and Soovin Kim, Esther Yang continued her studies at the Juilliard School, where she received her Master’s degree in 2024 with Joseph Lin. 

Born in Seoul in 2000, Esther has won both first and laureate prizes at various competitions in Europe, the USA and Japan. She currently holds a residency at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel where she is mentored by Augustin Dumay.
