Born in Hilversum in 2000, Charlotte Spruit began her studies at the Young Talent Programme of the Amsterdam University of the Arts under the tutelage of Coosje Wijzenbeek. She continued her studies at the Guildhall School of Music with David Takeno, followed by studies with Ying Xue at the Royal Academy of Music, where she obtained a second bachelor’s degree in 2022 and a master’s degree in 2024 under the guidance of Rachel Podger, Ying Xue and Pavlo Beznosiuk. 

Charlotte has excelled in several European violin competitions and has gained professional experience as a soloist and chamber musician in many performances throughout Europe.
